Dinner starts with “Dreamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup” – roasted pumpkin blended with special seasoning – followed by the “Love Salad” – an elegant salad with crisp apples and goat cheese with homemade raspberry dressing.
For the Entree, diners have three choices: “Yin & Yang” – grilled US Angus Rib Eye with mushroom sauce, paired with lightly seasoned grilled prawns; “The Love Boat” – grilled Norwegian salmon on a bed of roasted vegetables with lightly seasoned grilled prawns; and “Italian Lover a.k.a. Truffle Risotto Funghi” – special arbocio rice with porcini mushrooms drizzled with truffle oil.
Capping the romantic dinner is the dessert aptly named “Chocolate Amore” – bittersweet chocolate mousse with a hint of amaretto. The Maple Room of the Oakridge Executive Club—located at the 12th floor of the Oakridge IT Center 2–is the perfect venue for an intimate dinner for two or even a gathering among family and friends. The Oakridge Executive Club has an expansive lounge which boasts a panoramic view of the city and the mountains.
